At Z by Zulekha, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted to order, ensuring each garment reflects the care, precision, and artistry our brand stands for.

Domestic Shipping (India 🇮🇳)
 We ship across India through trusted delivery partners.
 Orders are dispatched within 7–12 working days from the date of order confirmation.

International Shipping
 We proudly ship worldwide. Delivery typically takes 10–15 working days, depending on the destination and local customs clearance.
 Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import charges are not included in the order value and must be borne by the customer.

Shipping Updates
 Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment in real time.

Exchange & Return Policy

As each Z by Zulekha piece is crafted with bespoke attention, we maintain a no return or refund policy.
 However, we do understand that minor adjustments may be necessary, and we offer exchanges under specific conditions.

Eligibility for Exchange
 Exchanges are accepted only in cases of:

  • Sizing issues, or

  • Manufacturing defects

If you face either, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at

 along with your order number and clear images of the issue for review.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Orders placed during sale or promotional periods

  • Sale items and discounted pieces

Exchange Conditions

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • All shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes related to exchanges are to be borne by the customer.

  • Once approved, the exchanged product will be dispatched within 10–12 working days.

 

 

Important Notes

  • Each garment is made to order to maintain exclusivity and superior craftsmanship.

  • Limited quantities are produced — once sold out, a design will not be restocked.

  • Slight variations in color, embroidery, or texture may occur due to the artisanal nature of our process — these are a mark of authentic handcraft, not a defect.
