 By accessing or using www.zbyzulekha.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions, as governed by Indian law under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

 

 

1. General Terms

  • “You” refers to the user or buyer; “We” or “Our” refers to Z by Zulekha.

  • By using this website, you declare that you are 18 years of age or have legal guardian consent.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms without prior notice.

 

 

2. Product Details

All garments are handcrafted to order, and slight variations in colour, embroidery, or texture are expected due to lighting, screen settings, or handmade processes.
 Such differences are not considered manufacturing defects.

 

 

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
 We accept secure payments through Razorpay, PayU, and Shopify Payment Gateways.
 Prices and availability may change without notice.

 

 

4. Order Acceptance

Once you place an order and payment is received, the order enters production and cannot be cancelled.
 In case of unavailability of a product or fabric, we will notify you and offer an alternate product or store credit.

 

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 7–12 working days (domestic) after confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partner.

  • International deliveries may take 10–15 working days, excluding customs clearance.

Delays caused by courier or unforeseen logistics are beyond our control.

 

 

6. Exchange & Refund

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are accepted only for verified size issues or manufacturing defects, as detailed in our Refund & Exchange Policy.
 To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

 

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content, images, designs, and branding on this website belong to Z by Zulekha.
 Any reproduction or commercial use without written consent is strictly prohibited.

 

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Z by Zulekha shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential losses including delivery delays, misuse, or damage post-dispatch.

 

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat courts.
